Apache’s PsiWinder Named Finalist for EDN Innovation of the Year Awards

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – February 6, 2006 - Apache Design Solutions Inc., the technology leader in physical power integrity solutions for system-on-chip (SoC) designs has been selected from a field of hundreds as a finalist for this year's EDN Innovation Awards. Apache’s PsiWinder product, launched in 2005, is a critical timing sign-off tool for nanometer designs that enable designers to accurately analyze the impact of jittering and skew caused by power supply and crosstalk noise, on performance of the clock network.

”We are extremely pleased to be a finalist and once again recognized by EDN,” said Andrew Yang, CEO Apache Design Solutions. “In 2004, Apache’s first product, RedHawk, was selected as the Innovation of the Year winner, and its founding team as a finalist for the Innovators of the Year. This year’s nomination for PsiWinder demonstrates Apache’s commitment to continuously innovate and deliver solutions that meet the challenges faced by SoC designers, now and into the future.”
