Apache delivers Power-Noise-Reliability (PNR) platform for SoC and System designs. This innovative platform considers the interdependent effects of multiple noise sources including power supply, signal crosstalk, package parasitics, substrate, and temperature on the Chip and System’s behavior and performance.

Apache's PNR platforms are developed for specific domains such as SoC (digital and analog) and System (IC package, SiP, and PCB) designs. Each platform addresses the unique PNR challenges associated with these specific domains, while providing a co-analysis environment that integrates the SoC and System worlds.

SoC Power Noise Reliability:  RedHawk
RedHawk product portfolio delivers full-chip dynamic power analysis and optimization, noise management, and reliability validation. RedHawk’s full-chip capabilities include the most advanced low power design techniques such as MTCMOS, LDO, and back-biasing power analysis, embedded full-custom memory and analog IP validation and model creation, and importing of package model.

System Power Noise Reliability and Co-Analysis:  Sentinel
Sentinel product portfolio delivers power, signal, and thermal integrity for package and board designs, as well as chip-package-system co-analysis and SiP solutions. Sentinel’s package/board solution includes quasi-static and full-wave package extraction, compact SPICE-compatible chip power model, IC-aware package/board power and thermal analysis, and system-level jitter and global I/O-SSO simulation.
