Description:

• Develop state-of-the-art 3D full-wave electromagnetic (EM) solutions for the Sentinel products (a fully integrated IC-aware power integrity solution for IC package, System-in-Package (SiP), and PCB designs).
  

Qualifications:

• Maintain and develop numerical simulation engines for the power and signal integrity, and EM compatibility analyses of electronic packages, System-in-packages, and PCBs
• Provide research engineering support and improvement for current simulation software and work on their production
• Analyze the ability, functionality and capacity for the application
• Test the product flow and GUI functionality
• Research and develop new features for the engine of full-wave power integrity and signal integrity analysis tool for the integrated solution
