Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager - Silicon Valley - JOBID: APA112628


Description:

  • Manage the planning and preparation of 10-Ks 10-Qs and 8-Ks
  • Supervise the preparation and review of monthly financial statements of company’s various subsidiaries around the world
  • Manage the general ledger the close process and consolidation
  • Oversees proper accounting for stock based compensation under FAS 123R and provides support for executive compensation disclosure requirements including staying current on recent GAAP and SEC accounting pronouncements and disclosure practices.

Description:

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Description:

  • Design and develop the company’s EDA solution database with the interface to Open Access an industry standard database for IC/SOC/VLSI design using C++

Qualifications:

Description:

  • Research development and maintenance of simulation engines for the cutting-edge power integrity and electromagnetic compatibility analyses of electronic packaging and printed circuit boards (PCBs) 

Qualifications:

  • Work on new algorithms for circuit-parameter extraction of electronic packaging and PCBs
  • Develop new methodologies for power integrity simulation software in both frequency domain and time domain
  • Provide research engineering support and improvement for current simulation software and working on their productization
