Description:

Manage the planning and preparation of 10-Ks 10-Qs and 8-Ks
Supervise the preparation and review of monthly financial statements of company’s various subsidiaries around the world
Manage the general ledger the close process and consolidation
Oversees proper accounting for stock based compensation under FAS 123R and provides support for executive compensation disclosure requirements including staying current on recent GAAP and SEC accounting pronouncements and disclosure practices.
